Required Skills
- Active Secret Clearance; experience supporting DoD/EW programs
- 10+ yrs engineering/project engineering on complex hardware systems (sustainment/repair lifecycle)
- Strong Electronic Warfare, avionics, or defense electronics background (systems, electrical, firmware)
- Proven leadership across cross-functional teams (systems, electrical, mechanical, test/integration)
- Strong communication; able to interface with engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Preferred
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (EE preferred)
- Experience with hardware sustainment, field returns, depot repair, root-cause analysis
- Agile environment exposure (hardware + firmware coordination)
- RF, signal processing, digital receivers, or EW systems experience
- Experience on left side of V-model with integration/test collaboration
Day-to-day
- Lead sustainment and repair lifecycle for fielded Electronic Warfare systems
- Manage incoming repairs, drive troubleshooting/root cause, and coordinate engineering resources
- Oversee execution across system, hardware, and firmware issues with cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of repaired systems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Drive improvements in repair processes, responsiveness, and overall program execution
