What you’ll do

• Direct day-to-day activities of field crews across multiple projects.
• Oversee yard operations so equipment is maintained, organized, and dispatch-ready.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment transfers to and from job locations.
• Work hand-in-hand with mechanics on maintenance schedules, repairs, and documentation.
• Enforce company safety protocols on every site.
• Collaborate with project managers to match manpower, equipment, and resources to plan.
• Support logistics planning, staging, and site setup.
• Monitor progress and produce concise field reports.

What you bring

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction or equipment operations.
• Team leadership experience supervising field personnel.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, and similar).
• Ability to read plans and interpret schedules.
• Clear communicator with strong organization and problem-solving.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• OSHA 30 preferred.
