**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
+ Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual situations encountered during shift.
+ Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with facility personnel.
+ Communicate professionally with all individuals on site, maintaining a helpful and approachable presence while enforcing security-related standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
