As a Remote Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing essential administrative and operational support. What You'll Do:

Provide Essential Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with various administrative tasks, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Maintain Sales and Marketing Hub: Keep our resource hub up-to-date with current brand materials, rosters, and tools.
Manage Product Data: Ensure accuracy in major product databases by entering and proofing data in systems like Cerebro, AccurateConversion, and Hybris.
Support Sales Strategies: Provide operational support for sales strategies, new program execution, and RFPs.
Drive Data Management: Support product changes, additions, and discontinuations across various tools.
Assist National Accounts: Process sample requests and provide ad hoc support for large national accounts.
Coordinate Tradeshows: Plan and coordinate regional tradeshows, managing budgets and logistics.
Process Payments: Work with SAP to create purchase orders and process payments.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus).
2-3 years of experience in general office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong team player with diverse skills and personalities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
