Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient (OP) experience required. This must include direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Experience using WebPT EMR preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload with a culturally diverse adult population. Experience working with limited-English-speaking patients is preferred.
- Willingness to split the role between two clinic locations approximately 15 minutes apart. Minimal same-day floating between sites may be required.
- Occupational Therapist candidates must hold a PAM (Physical Agent Modalities) certificate. (Preferred for PT roles to coordinate with OT requirements.)
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift days: Monday - Friday.
- Clinic hours: Clinic operates Monday–Friday with typical daily coverage between 8 AM and 7 PM. Specific shift start and end times will be provided by the recruiter.
- Role split: Full days scheduled at each of two locations approximately 15 minutes apart. Minimal floating between sites on the same day.
- Patient population: Large adult Indian patient population. Many patients speak Hindi and use translation tools for communication.
- EMR: WebPT.
