This role is responsible to lead a global category team, driving transformational sourcing initiatives across Creative encompassing a total spend of $500M+.- This role reports to the Executive Director of Global Marketing Procurement within the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement organization.

The candidate will take an active role in leading Creative agency management and governance globally, including Medical Education, Public Relations and Global Communications, and Production.- The candidate is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with key leaders within HH and suppliers globally, aligning sourcing execution with business strategies, as well as project management of sourcing activities to deliver the intended benefits and ensure alignment to category strategy.- The role will drive results through leadership and influencing skill with passion and grit to pursue opportunities and continuously seeking improvements.

The candidate will be responsible to:
  • Global Category Management - Lead a Global Supplier Strategy Council (SSC) for Creative, to shape sourcing strategies in alignment with business goals and driving required results holistically across the enterprise. This includes leading global, cross-functional initiatives through the Sourcing Management Process (SMP) and provide strategy oversight for Global, Regional and Local components of the category.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication - Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset.- This includes proactive engagement with business partners and stakeholders to better understand their short and longer-term priorities. The candidate should work collaboratively to enable these priorities but also challenge status quo where appropriate, with new approaches and solutions. Effective communication will play a key role in successfully securing stakeholder buy-in of initiatives, solutions and new ideas. This is a key component of this job.
  • Global Agency Management - with key agencies to foster innovation, manage performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Teamwork - Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels to support global / regional implementation activities, as well as share and drive best practices.
  • Identify and deliver on-key metrics-including savings, supplier diversity and working capital to established objectives through value creation, service delivery, foster innovation & digitization and corporate/social/environmental responsibility.
  • Actively support diversity, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers.

Education Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or advanced degree is desirable.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience related to marketing and advertising procurement/creative agency sourcing, business management and/or project management.- This includes previous exposure to multiple cross functional business teams and demonstrated progressive experience with increased responsibility.
  • Ability to demonstrate deep subject matter expertise.
  • Strong people management / leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence, work in environments with potentially conflicting priorities. -Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and the ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, solution orientated, outstanding follow-up and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and partnership development skills.
  • Ability to foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Self-starter and able to work in dynamic environment, adaptive, flexible and able to be multitasking.
  • Knowledge of Procurement related business processes.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity required.
  • Change management experience.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$153,800.00 - $242,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
