Operate broiler grill to cook steaks and premium cuts to exact specifications
Maintain proper grill temperatures and ensure consistent quality
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate plating
Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
Keep station clean, organized, and prep-ready during service
Qualifications:
2+ years broiler or grill experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens
Deep knowledge of steak temperatures and meat doneness
Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and team mindset
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
