Maintenance Technician
About the Job:
Looking for F/T Maintenance Technician P/T techs or cleaners - Salary commensurate with experience, position and hours required.
Must have own tools, reliable transportation and live in close proximity of the Stratford/Lindenwold area.
We are looking for a team player with strong skills in:
- CARPENTRY/CABINET INSTALLATION.
- DRYWALL (install/repair).
- PAINTING.
- TILE KITCHEN AND BATH.
- LIGHT PLUMBING - KITCHENS/BATHS/TOILETS/CLOGS/FAUCETS/SHUT OFFS.
- FLOORING- LUXURY VINYL PLANK INSTALLATION.
- MINOR ELECTRICAL- OUTLETS, FIXTURES, GFI, BREAKERS.
- CEILING REPAIRS- OPENING, LEAK REPAIR, PROFESSIONAL GRADE PATCHING.
- WINDOW AND DOOR REPAIR.
- GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF HALLS, GROUNDS, PARKING LOTS.
- SNOW SHOVELING.
- Must be able to multitask between make-ready unit and occupied unit maintenance tickets with a pleasant attitude. Must work as part of a team and independently.
- Our maintenance techs and cleaners average over ten years of service with us.
- Possible part time work available as well.
