Part-Time General Pediatrician
Progressive Pediatrics is seeking a Part-Time General Pediatrician to join our established, privately owned practice in North Jersey .
For over 25 years , our practice has focused on high-quality pediatric care, long-term relationships with families, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for a pediatrician seeking flexibility, outpatient-only practice, and a sustainable schedule without hospital responsibilities.
Schedule & Clinical Details:
- Part-time position with predictable scheduling.
- Typically 2–3 weekdays per week.
- rotating Saturday half-day .
- 20–25 patients per day.
- Nurse triage support.
- Minimal night call.
- No hospital rounds or inpatient responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is structured based on clinical hours worked.
- The full-time equivalent annual salary range is $190,000–$200,000.
- Part-time compensation is prorated based on scheduled clinical hours , not years of experience.
- Malpractice insurance included.
- CME stipend.
- Paid time off.
- Additional benefits may be available depending on hours worked.
- Opportunity to increase clinical hours over time, based on mutual interest and practice needs.
