Job Title: Client Service Manager – IT Staffing
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Staffing team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management with proactive business development, providing hands-on experience in consultative sales, enterprise account growth, and strategic client engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service offerings within current accounts.

• Drive new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.

• Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.

• Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and actively manage sales pipeline activity.

• Consistently achieve defined revenue targets and performance KPIs.

• Build and manage client accounts while supporting business growth initiatives.

• Develop a strong understanding of client workforce needs and staffing requirements.

• Foster long-term partnerships through exceptional client service and communication.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

• Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition.

• Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
