Body Shop Painter (North Bergen, NJ)

- Prep for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Apply finishes according to manufacturer specifications.
- Operate and maintain spray guns properly.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and paints.
- Maintain a exceptionally clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other technicians as needed to complete repairs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle painting.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and color-matching techniques.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
