An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Develop lesson plans to advance childrens physical and intellectual competence
- Support each childs social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
- Establish positive and effective relations with parents
- Ability to multitask and work well with others
- Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field or Child Development Associate
- At least 2 year experience working with children in a center
