Program Management Officer

We are hiring a Program Management Officer for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .

Job Description:

• Review and administration of various contracts and grants under limited supervision
• Provide technical assistance
• Monitoring, and evaluation, and making recommendations for approval.
• All the above
• Beyond the job description provided, we are particularly looking for candidates with experience in overseeing grants and contracts.
• Ideal applicants should have the following skills and experiences:
• Reviewing budgets and billings associated with grants/contracts
• Conducting presentations and meetings
• Performing site and monitoring visits
• Assisting in improving contract terms and processes
• We are seeking candidates actively involved in the day-to-day management of grants, rather than those with Director-level experience.

Skills required:

• Requirements for this job include a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Attention to detail
• Experience validating information across various systems
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams,
• Ability to work independently and with a team,
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Review and administration of various contracts and grants under limited supervision,
• Providing technical assistance in preparation, monitoring, and evaluation, and making recommendations for approval.
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, GPMS, DocuSign, AOSOS, IGX, etc.

Work hours:

• 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4 PM
• Lunch hours(unpaid): 30 minutes

• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Work remotely 2 to 3 days per week
• Parking: Free parking lot adjacent to building
