Our well-established general dental practice in Oakland, NJ is under new ownership and we’re excited to welcome an experienced Treatment & Financial Coordinator / Office Manager to help lead our front office and be a key part of our growing team.

Position Overview

This role combines treatment coordination, financial coordination, and office management responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients

• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options

• Manage scheduling, front desk flow, and daily office operations

• Oversee insurance claims, billing, and follow-ups

• Lead and support front office team members

• Maintain organization, efficiency, and consistency in office systems

• Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental front office required

• Strong proficiency with OpenDental preferred

• Experience with treatment planning and financial coordination

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Leadership or office management experience a plus
