    We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and enterprise adoption of AI‑enabled workplace and collaboration technologies, with a core focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Copilot. Sitting within the Infrastructure organization, this role drives secure, scalable, and user‑centric digital experiences for the firm. The ideal candidate blends strong product ownership, applied AI experience, and enterprise change leadership—ensuring collaboration tools are not only deployed, but widely adopted and delivering measurable business value. <\/span>

    KEY RESPONSINILITIES: <\/u><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span>
    
    <\/div>
    
    

    
    
    • Own the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through AI‑driven use cases while ensuring compliance with governance, Responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Lead cross‑functional product delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, dependency tracking, and coordination with engineering, security, compliance, and vendor teams. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Drive the execution of product releases and ensure seamless integration across the digital workplace ecosystem. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Develop, validate, and scale AI‑enabled scenarios across Microsoft 365, balancing innovation with risk management and data privacy. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure AI features are safe, compliant, and technically sound. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Define and track KPIs for adoption, performance, user satisfaction, and ROI. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Lead enterprise‑level change and adoption programs—including communications, training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement—to ensure sustained usage and measurable impact. <\/span><\/span>

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <\/u><\/b>

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • 3–5 years as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a large enterprise environment. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Hands‑on ownership of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva); Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • 1+ year of applied AI \/ GenAI product experience, ideally involving enterprise productivity or collaboration tools. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Strong understanding of SDLC, including delivery execution, backlog management, and cross‑functional governance. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, communications, and technology adoption at scale. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

        • Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or comparable enterprise tools. <\/span>

        • Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy frameworks. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Prior experience in financial services or capital markets. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          
          
        • Strong executive‑level communication skills and ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders. <\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
