Account Executive - Cosmetics & Skincare
Reports to: Director of Customer Service
Department: Operations – CS – Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts:
- Develop, issue and have weekly communication with customer using PO tracker.
- Monitor and facilitate the release of materials and finished goods to meet the committed date.
- Attend/forward batch/work order requirements to Planning Department weekly.
- Issue monthly MRP report to customers supplying components.
- Issue Monthly Excess Inventory Reports to customers as required.
- Provide pricing to customers for ancillary services as needed.
- Monitor and maintain customer portal as required.
- Attend Gate-Review meetings and Line Trials as required.
- Initiate pricing requests as needed.
- Issue monthly status and statistical reports to the Manager and Director of Customer Service.
- 2 or 4-year business degree, plus 2 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment or 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive handling multiple customers.
- Detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.
- Pay range: $63,000 - $66,000 per year
