Tax Accountant

Description Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to support their organization's tax compliance, reporting, and planning efforts. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable accounting detail oriented who can manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and provide strategic guidance to strengthen the company's financial position. Key Responsibilities Prepare tax returns, payments, filings, and supporting documentation Research and analyze complex tax issues to identify solutions Maintain and manage the company's tax database Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend strategies to improve profitability Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Support internal and external audits Monitor industry trends and upcoming regulatory changes Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
