Robert Half is partnering with a local client for a AR Specialist to join their busy team. Ideal candidate will have experience with a range of AR operations - including billing, credit, collections, and cash applications. Great opportunity at a growing organization!
Responsibilities:
• Process credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Manage billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to support effective collections.
• Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable and generate relevant reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support the preparation of financial statements by providing accurate credit and billing data.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards in financial operations.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the credit and billing departments.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, credit processing, or accounts receivable.
• Strong proficiency in billing functions and collection processes.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools to manage billing and credit operations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
