Administrative Liaison for Transportation
- Hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Have excellent secretarial skills including typing, working processing and telephone communications
- Have excellent clerical skills including mathematical calculations, filing and computer operation
- Have at least one year's of experience as lead secretary, office manager, administrative liaison or other role demonstrating leadership, independence and decision making
- Experience in transportation services
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license for the type of equipment to be driven, with no serious violations.
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
- Bilingual referred
- Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
- Pending budget availability
