**The Role**

With 4 offices in NJ and NC, at Next Level Physio, we’re looking for a clinician who can fill the role of DPT.

We're looking for a DPT who:

-is coachable, yet confident and understands that there is more than one way to help clients achieve their desired results
-delivers results for active clients and athletes who have tried everything else and looking for a better solution
-is comfortable with promoting our professional value to new clients through an ethical sales strategy.
-loves to exercise and has a personal training, Crossfit, triathlon, competitive running background
-has a following and knows how to build community
-wants to transition into a supervisory role
-can work 2-3 nights a week and rotating Saturdays (once a month)
-adapts and welcomes change (We're a growing company, so expect and anticipate change!)
-loves community outreach and educating the public through workshops
-is comfortable with using Dry Needling
-believes in a team clinical approach to working with clients, but works well alone
-possesses strong communication skills

**Responsibilities**

- design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for runners, focusing on injury prevention and performance optimization.
- lead a team of dedicated physical therapists to deliver top-notch care to our clients.
- stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sports medicine and integrate innovative techniques into our practice.
- collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care for our clients.
- conduct workshops and educational sessions to promote injury awareness and prevention within the running community.

**Qualifications**

- Doctor of Physical Therapy License to treat must currently be active in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years experience (exceptions made on a case by case basis depending on previous experience)
- Must be willing to see patients in office or telehealth
- Proven experience in sports or orthopedic physical therapy, with a specialization in working with runners
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals.
- A genuine passion for running and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their running goals.
