Qualified applicants will have the following:- Demonstrate strong leadership with experience managing team operations.
- Display exceptional mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
- Prioritize safety and quality, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to monitor and troubleshoot machine performance.
- Ability to work extended hours, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Proficient in operating control systems and documenting production data.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operations is desirable.
- Supervisory experience is highly valued.
