What You'll Do

• Represent clients in high-stakes litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters involving pharmaceutical manufacturers, PBMs, and healthcare providers.
• Advise on FDA, DEA, and CMS regulations, including drug pricing, reimbursement, and marketing practices.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including licensing, distribution, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with a team of nationally recognized attorneys on precedent-setting cases and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of legal experience in life sciences, healthcare law, or pharmaceutical litigation.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, DEA, CMS, and state pharmacy laws .
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple complex matters independently.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
