CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels. Your goal is to provide exceptional service by offering solutions to customers’ questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and providing effective solutions.
• Provide accurate product/service information and assist with account-related questions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized experiences.
• Record customer interactions in the system and follow up as needed.
• Ensure all inquiries are addressed with the utmost attention to detail in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer concerns and find efficient solutions.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with customer service software or platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while staying organized and professional.
• Fabric knowledge is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
