Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. Ive spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace thats upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
