Real Estate Leasing Agent

Our client, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Manager with expertise in residential leasing and tenant relations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, from marketing and property tours to lease signings and renewals, while ensuring a seamless tenant experience, maintaining occupancy goals, and supporting property management operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire leasing process, including lead follow-up, property tours, application review, and lease execution.
• Conduct showings and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all prospective tenants.
• Oversee lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure units are market-ready and tenant needs are promptly addressed.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Track leasing metrics, occupancy rates, and application status to support performance goals.
• Utilize property management software (preferably Rent Manager) for all leasing and documentation tasks.
• Stay informed of market trends to recommend competitive pricing and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential leasing or property management, demonstrating a strong track record in occupancy management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in leasing software, with experience in Rent Manager considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse tenant interactions with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of local rental regulations and lease compliance standards to ensure all processes adhere to legal requirements.
