Now Hiring: Licensed Hairstylist / Cosmetologist
We're looking for a talented, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Hairstylist/Cosmetologist to join our growing salon team. If you're dedicated to creating beautiful results, building lasting client relationships, and working in a positive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hair and cosmetology services tailored to each client's needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to clients' goals and recommending the best styles and treatments.
- Perform a variety of cosmetology services, including hair services and other beauty treatments as licensed.
- Recommend and retail professional salon products that support clients' at-home hair care.
- Educate clients on proper hair maintenance and styling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following all New Jersey health and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create an exceptional client experience.
- Mentor and support junior stylists when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required.
- Previous salon experience preferred.
