Senior .Net Software Developer
- Develop modular and reusable code components following best practices and standards.
- Interact with users to understand business requirements/process flows and translate into technical requirements for assigned projects and job requests.
- Collaborate with leads, other developers, project managers, customers, database and system administrators for end to end application development and implementation.
- Participate in design and code review sessions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of software applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of software development methodologies and implementation of Windows applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technology stack
- Strong hands on experience with reporting tools like Microsoft SSRS.
- Strong experience with SQL database design and development writing stored procedures, SSIS, etc.
- Banking and/or financial services industry experience is preferred
- Proven ability to successfully deliver high-quality, complex systems using Software development methods, independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and generate practical solutions in a logical manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience
$75,502.00 - $124,039.00 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
