RAEYAS is opening soon in the heart of Wayne, and we are looking for the best in the business to join our founding team. We aren't just opening a restaurant; we are launching a destination. We are looking for a creative, hardworking, and high-energy Hostess who understands that the guest experience begins and ends with them. If you bring your "A-game" and refuse to accept anything less than excellence, we want you at our front door.
The Role
As the Hostess at RAEYAS, you are the "Director of First Impressions." You control the flow of the dining room and set the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. This role requires a blend of high-level organization, professional grace, and an unstoppable work ethic.
What You’ll Do
- The First Impression: Greet guests with genuine warmth and professional energy, ensuring a world-class welcome to RAEYAS.
- Master the Floor: Manage the seating chart with precision, balancing guest needs with the kitchen’s capacity to ensure a smooth "Back Line" flow.
- Coordinate the Team: Work closely with the Server and Busser teams to provide accurate wait times and ensure tables are turned efficiently.
- Manage the Books: Handle reservations and walk-ins creatively to maximize seating and revenue without compromising service quality.
- The Final Touch: Bid guests a warm farewell, ensuring their last interaction with RAEYAS is as perfect as their first.
