Position description: This position requires the Lead to provide leadership, communication and education to the clinic while bridging the gap between the store and corporate office. This will require a strong ability to set direction, coach to skill set, manage behaviors, teach selling strategies and provide timely and thorough follow up. This position will require the implementation of corporate policies and procedures and ensure adherence by the staff.
To be successful in this position the following set of skills are necessary:
- Superb product knowledge and skill set in iV insertion and infusion.
- Ability to perform and teach staff on how to perform all services provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal communication.
- Strong ability to sell and provide selling strategies to staff.
- Seasoned skillset with conflict resolution and solution-oriented mindset.
- Provision of outstanding customer service and client retention.
- Desire to support company growth and continual improvement by participating in training conducted in clinic or at corporate
As Lead iV Specialist you will provide support to your staff and ensure a successful clinic by completing the following tasks:
- Scheduling and Payroll of Staff for your Clinic and ongoing schedule coordination to ensure adequate coverage of the clinic.
- Each staff member is responsible for ensuring coverage for their selected shifts.
If they are unable to work a shift (barring an emergency) it is their job to get it covered. If they notify you, their Lead ,at least 24 hours in advance it becomes your responsibility to help find coverage. Ensure events and satellite locations are properly coordinated. Lead will need to work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain efficiency in the day-to-day operations and needs of the business
- Limit the schedule to one iV Specialist on the clock, at a time until further notice.
- Lead may be asked to flex their weekly hours as needed
- Ensuring all shifts are covered. If a shift is empty you must fill it or work it yourself, this includes all shifts, every day that the clinic is open
- If a clinic is closed for any reason out of the ordinary immediately notify Aaron, HR and Ashlin
- If you are going to be out of town, please notify Aaron, HR and fellow Leads. We will all work together to ensure your clinic runs smoothly while you're away.
- Coordinate and organize events and/or satellite locations.
- Provide HR with biweekly payroll summary with real time management of clocked hours by staff for adherence to company policies
- Ensure no one is clocking in prior to scheduled shift *more info below
- Provide a tip tracker to [email protected] the first of each month for previous months tips.
- Ensure policies, procedures and protocols are followed by all, which includes but not limited to
- Compliance with protocols and current healthcare regulations consistent with your medical license.
- Enforcing break policy
- Maintaining a clean clinic
- Auditing of weekly transactions, like discounts to ensure they are in the approved categories.
- Auditing transactions to see if any memberships were declined and follow up with members to get new info.
- Auditing of Aesthetic Records - ensuring previous days customers were entered correctly
- Ensure staff is entering every client into the customer app on Clover so we can gather their information.
- Ensure all expense receipts are sent to Ashlin HR on a monthly basis.
- Orienting of Staff as Needed
- Train staff as needed, new staff and staff that needs a refresher
- Keep records of any challenges / problems with staffs, submitting all records to HR
- Maintain an "Open Office Policy" to be available to staff as needed.
- Order and Maintain sufficient inventory for customer and store needs using company ecommerce site:
- Cocktail vials
- iV supplies
- toilet paper, water, snacks, etc.
