Position Overview:

FoundersPay is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Outside Sales Representative based in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting and selling credit card processing services directly to businesses. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating tailored solutions, attending industry events, and building long-term partnerships that drive success for our merchants. This role focuses solely on outside sales, relationship building, and merchant acquisition, playing a vital role in expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent FoundersPay at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Engage in proactive sales activities, including lead generation, relationship building, and merchant engagement.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective merchants.
• Seek out and build new business by researching, identifying target opportunities, and networking.
• Foster long-term relationships with merchants and strategic partners to support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or merchant relationship management.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to connect with merchants and partners.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A hunter and closer - someone who can start, walk along, and close business
• One to two years of previous experience in sales preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus commissions
