Location: Linden, New Jersey

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM - First Week
Potential Schedules after first week
Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday

Pay rate: $19/HR

Job Description
Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and safe handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. This role supports warehouse operations by preparing products for shipment, maintaining inventory organization, and operating material-handling equipment in accordance with company standards.

Duties:

• Receiving/ Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storge locations. Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas

• Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.

• Order Picking: Pull ana prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.

• Equipment: Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a Stand-Up Forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions, as required. Maintain he facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year experience operating Stand Up Forklift and Rider Pallet Jack
• Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs
• Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (10-40)
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Must follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed
