What you will do

• Handle residential service and repair calls, including complex diagnostics.
• Identify root causes and prevent avoidable breakdowns and callbacks.
• Present options clearly, keep customers informed, and recommend maintenance agreements.
• Maintain safety and code compliance on every job.
• Track your metrics and strive to surpass revenue goals with integrity.

What you have

• Residential HVAC mastery, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant state licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean, safe driving record.
• English fluency and customer-first communication.

• Physical capability to perform demanding, manual work.

Physical demands and environment

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; use of hands for controls; hearing and speaking with customers.
• Reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot or cold spaces such as crawl areas.
• Lift 50+ pounds regularly; close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Work outdoors in multiple seasons depending on job scope.
