Supply Chain Administration Clerk

Pay: $19.00/hour

Are you currently working as a clerk in an autobody shop, garage, auto dealership, manufacturing facility, or warehouse and feeling unfulfilled? Look no further! What You'll Do:

As a Supply Chain Administration Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing essential clerical support to our vehicle maintenance, auto body damage, and fleet services departments. Your duties will include managing inventory, processing purchase and repair orders, handling invoices, managing accounts payable and receivables, and, depending on the location, ordering automotive parts, tools, and other necessary supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones and effectively communicating with both internal and external parties. This role may also involve assisting with onboarding and training, as well as providing valuable clerical support to the on-site manager.

What We're Looking For:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid Driver's License

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

· Willingness to occasionally work outdoors or in close proximity to a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels

· Flexibility to work various shifts

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in office clerical work

· Knowledge of auto parts and tools is considered a valuable bonus!
