Location: Hybrid

Job Summary:
The Experience Rating Processor reviews and verifies workers' compensation experience rating worksheets for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. This position ensures that employer data is correctly reflected in rating calculations and assists with processing updates and revisions as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Well organized with strong ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Extremely well organized with great attention to detail
- Service-oriented able and to resolve complex issues
- Ability to learn quickly and creatively solve new problems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Essential Job Functions:
- Review and process experience ratings and revisions, including updating the system as necessary
- Communicate with carriers about discrepancies or errors in data reporting
- Respond to inquiries and correspondence from stakeholders via email and phone
- Support updates related to name changes, policy reviews, and rating adjustments
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new applications
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Data entry skills required
- Workers compensation experience/knowledge preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
