DAY TO DAY:

Insight Global is seeking a driven Business Development professional to join a growing consulting and staffing organization headquartered in the Northeast. This individual will focus on generating net-new business opportunities and securing new client logos across IT consulting and staffing services.

This person will be responsible for outbound prospecting, developing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and other technology leaders, and building a consistent pipeline of opportunities. The role will support service offerings across Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.

The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to develop customized client solutions and drive revenue growth. Success will be measured through new logo acquisition, client meetings, pipeline development, and overall revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Build relationships with executive-level technology leaders, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Present staffing and consulting solutions aligned to client needs.
• Partner with recruiting teams to support successful placements and project delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative solution selling.
• Meet quarterly goals tied to new logos, client meetings, and revenue production.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on business development strategy.

MUST HAVE:

• 3–10 years of sales experience.
• Experience selling staffing services, IT consulting, professional services, or technology solutions.
• Proven new business development ("hunter") experience.
• Experience selling into CIOs, CISOs, and IT leadership teams.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

PLUSSES:

• Experience working with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM
• Existing network in the Northeast or target markets

Compensation:

This position offers a base salary between $80,000–$140,000 , plus uncapped commission (8–15% of net margin) and an additional performance bonus of up to 10% , based on experience and performance.
