- Curriculum & Prep: Oversee and execute the curriculum by creation of play invitations, organizing materials, and managing the physical transfer of supplies between studio locations.
- Customer Service: Support customer needs via email/phone and be a welcoming presence in the studio to help our community grow and stay informed about classes and parties.
- Instruction: Lead classes and provide training for staff as needed.
Who You Are
- Kids First: You bring calm, steady energy and joy into the room.
- Proactive & Observant: You take ownership of the environment; you see what needs to be done and do it before being asked.
- Communicator: You believe communication is key and are proactive and clear with staff and families.
- Brand Conscious: You have an eye for detail and take pride in keeping our spaces welcoming, intentional, and "on brand."
Qualifications
- Reliability: Ability to work 5 days per week with reliable transportation to move between our Pleasantville and Lower Westchester locations.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with a focus on maintaining clear schedules, checklists, and studio records.
- Background: A background in early childhood or art education is preferred.
- Creativity: Artistic, creative, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Attitude: A "can-do" spirit and a genuine love for the beauty of messy play.
