We're hiring a Industrial Electrician for a premier Industrial Manufacturing Company in the Berlin NJ area.

Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week

7:00AM - 3:30PM@ Monday-Friday

Must be open to Dupont Schedule rotating weekly between days/nights (4 on 3 off, 4 on 2 off, 2 on 5 off )

Pay Rate based on experience $40.00-42.00

Description:

• Inspect, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
• Assemble and install new or repaired electrical circuits, systems, instrumentation, and equipment (motors, regulators, controllers, generators, switches, etc.).
• Inspect electrical equipment and machinery, diagnose, repair, and document.
• Perform electrical testing, including meggar, voltmeter, ammeter, ground locating, and other electrical tests.
• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and startup AC/DC Drives, PLC, HMI, and industrial lighting equipment.
• Read, comprehend, and make basic electrical prints and mark up for electrical installations.
• Start, stop, maintain, and help install and repair generating and power distribution equipment.
• Dismantle and assemble electrical motors and allied equipment.
• Install and repair electrical conduit and cable, including connections, controls, grounding, etc.
• Make out work orders, requisitions, inspection reports, time distribution, material usage, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Electrical Journeyman certification, or 2-5+ years of verified experience as an industrial maintenance electrician
• Ability to read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and drawings
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

• Manufacturing environment
• Not climate controlled
• Can be hot or humid
• Surfaces can be wet, dusty, and uneven
• High noise levels, vibration, and/or fumes
• PPE required: Steel Toes, Ear Protection, Eye Protection, Gloves, and Head Protection in certain areas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.83 - $40.83/hr.
