As a **Security Guard - CRE Patrol Driver** in **Summit, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor and report any security-related concerns, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
+ Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any unauthorized access attempts.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
