What You'll Do

1. Provide overnight care and support to residents
2. Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort needs
3. Monitor vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
4. Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
5. Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
6. Maintain a safe, calm environment overnight

What We’re Looking For

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
2. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A caring, patient, and dependable personality
5. Commitment to delivering compassionate resident-centered care
