Union County Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Qualifications for a RN Nurse Manager: Active RN license 2+ years of RN experience Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required (bilingual in spanish is required) Why you'll love BAYADA: Competitive compensation package:
