Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting. This temporary leave position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in speech and language development to help students achieve essential communication goals within a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• School-based SLP certification required
• Experience working with children in an elementary school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
