We're seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a thriving family dental practice in Midland Park, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, with no Medicaid and no DMO plans allowing you to focus on quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed daily base ($600 $800/day) plus monthly collections bonus

• Paid malpractice insurance and continuing education reimbursement

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active NJ dental license

• Certificate from an accredited U.S. Oral Surgery Residency Program (if applicable)

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

What You'll Do:

• Provide general and cosmetic dental care to a diverse patient base

• Perform exams, cleanings, restorative procedures, and Invisalign treatments

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Deliver care using advanced technologies in a modern office setting
