We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Analysis Team Leader to spearhead our data analytics division. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of data analysts, driving strategic insights and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in data interpretation, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, will empower your team to deliver innovative analytical solutions that enable us to achieve our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire data analysis process, from data collection and processing to the presentation of findings to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and convert complex data sets into actionable insights. A key aspect of this role will be fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and promotes best practices in data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support in analysis efforts.
- Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices to enhance team productivity and output quality.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and mentoring to enhance the team's skill sets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in data analysis and incorporate them into team practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in a data analysis role with at least 3 years of leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships, especially with different Marketing funtional teams.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
