Senior Manager, North America (NA) Travel & Meetings
- Lead the strategy and execution for NA Travel & Meetings categories to drive long-term business value.
- Serve as a business engagement leader, aligning procurement strategies with enterprise goals.
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.
- Drive supplier innovation and performance through robust relationship management and data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with the Global Travel, Meetings & Expense Policy and promote program efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership for medium to high complexity subcategories, including technology and data platform integration.
- Champion the One Procurement initiative and mentor regional category teams.
- Strategic Thinking – Aligns procurement strategies with long-term business goals and global objectives.
- Influence & Negotiation – Effectively influences senior stakeholders and negotiates complex supplier agreements.
- Change Leadership – Leads organizational transformation and drives adoption of new initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Finance, or relevant business functions.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at executive levels.
- This position will be based in New Brunswick, NJ (preferred), Tampa, FL, or Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% travel
- Global procurement experience.
- Expertise in Travel and/or Meetings operations, booking tools, current technology solutions, and industry trends.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and complex projects.
