Debit Card Product Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Debit Card Product Manager is accountable for the development of the Debit Card product roadmap, project execution, establishing program KPIs, performance analytics/reporting and engagement with partners across the value chain. Accountable for revenue performance and growth of the Debit Card program. Serve as the liaison for between key stakeholders including Debit Card Operations, Retail Banking Product, Commercial Banking, Digital Products and Marketing partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop an annual debit card road map with products, programs and services to remain competitive in the marketplace, grow the portfolio and acquire new customers.
- Establish program KPIs, develop strategies, marketing campaigns, and communication programs for Debit Card as well as produce standard management reporting.
- Oversee the product management life cycle for Debit Card including business case development, reporting, change management, communication, compliance and all aspects of design through execution and monitoring.
- Active consumer and disseminator of industry research around customer behaviors, portfolio performance, new products, new providers, and regulatory impacts while sharing industry trends with Management.
- Acts as the Debit Card subject matter expert, point of contact, and lead of special projects pertaining to specified products and services. Partnering with Debit Card Operations, Marketing and internal stakeholders to drive revenues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Product management experience required
- Product manager certification or PMP preferred
- 8-10 years’ experience in banking .
- 5 years ’ experience in debit card product management or related roles
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to multi-task. Quick learner
- Knowledge of consumer banking and operations
- Prior e xperience working directly with Mastercard or Visa
- Critical thinking skills and taking a data driven approach to problem solving
- Strong professional communication – able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate. May also involve travel to customers and property locations.

- Occasional bending or overhead lifting (storing files or boxes)
- The hazards are mainly those present in a normal office setting.

Pay Details:
$82,200 - $117,400
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is an incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
