We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team in North Bergen or Teaneck, NJ . This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- New graduates welcome to apply
- $55K – $65K +
