As a Logistics Process Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely freight payments while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency across our supply chain. You'll collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, streamline workflows, and champion innovation in logistics operations.What You'll Do- Review and validate freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.- Process freight and accessorial invoices through internal systems, ensuring timely payment.- Reconcile invoices against shipment records and resolve discrepancies promptly.- Communicate with carriers and vendors to address and resolve billing issues.- Partner with internal teams to improve invoice processing procedures.- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Who You Are- You're a natural leader - You inspire collaboration and accountability across teams, even without direct reporting lines. Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
