We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Infinite Therapy Solutions. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center committed to empowering children with diverse needs to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Our vision is to provide infinite solutions through a whole-child approach, evidence-based research, and intensive early therapy, supported by strong family commitment and consistency.

Infinite Therapy Solutions offers a comprehensive range of services, including ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. We believe in a collaborative team approach, where multiple strategies and therapeutic interventions are utilized to treat the "whole" child. We are passionate about providing high-quality therapies and ABA services to diverse communities, with thriving clinics in Bayonne and Harrison, NJ.
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Hybrid Option
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BCBA to work with children with Autism. This position offers a 50% hybrid per client option, allowing for a flexible work schedule that balances on-site and remote work. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our Daytime ABA, an intensive program for young learners focused on natural environment teaching. We also provide after-school ABA services for school-aged children in the community in our clinics and home based.
Job Duties:
Provide supervision and family training according to BACB guidelines.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor ABA programs, ensuring effective data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists.
Offer both in-person and telehealth services as part of the hybrid option.
30 Hours/week billable hours/week productivity goals
50% per client supervision; 2 weeks in person supervision for every new client
Qualifications:
Master's Degree and certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA.
Supervision experience.
Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-Time (W2) position with a 50% hybrid option.
Healthcare benefits (BCBS Omnia Plan) if working >25 hours/week (Company pays 50% of employee's medical benefits).
Vacation: 1 week between Christmas and New Years Day
