Director of Maintenance
- Perform and oversee hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, painting, and general repairs
- Manage all aspects of maintenance operations, including department organization and staff supervision
- Inspect equipment and facility systems to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance
- Schedule and assign maintenance staff duties; oversee daily workflow and priorities
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Supervise and coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance situations
- 3 years experience as a Director of Maintenance in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and handle emergencies efficiently
