We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to become a part of our team! You will help book the reservation, accommodate patrons, Serving Breakfast, coordinating with housekeeping, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest online reviews, answer guest messages/emails
- Check in and Check out guests
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from guests
- Communicate with housekeeping department and maintenance department for daily requests
- Inventory management
- Social media Management
- Some Renovation project, landscaping or decoration projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel reservation, customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are a boutique hotel in the affluent town of center/North NJ. Need to have valid work status in US. Computer skills are must, college degree preferred.
